Orders

In a nutshell, it works like this:

1) If you want to order for today, click on the Express Menu. If it's for another day, click on the Full Menu.

2) Choose a meal category. There is no limit, you can order several different categories if you wish.

3) Choose your guests' meals. There is no minimum quantity.

- Add the items to your cart. If you wish, you can complete your order with a cookie tray for a coffee break or anything else you desire!
- Add drinks and accessories.
- When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout.

4) Proceed to payment.
- Enter your delivery address and the date of the order.
- Add your payment information.
- Place your order!

5) Your order details will then be sent to you by email. Please make sure the information is correct, then have a great day! If you have any questions, call us or use our chat feature!

Of course, we have a wide selection of meals available to order on the same day before 2 p.m.!

Generally, we need some time to deliver your order. This time varies depending on the city. Allow approximately 2 hours for Montreal, and a minimum of 3 hours for other cities.

Yes, as far in advance as you like! For certain events, this is good practice. Especially for the busiest periods such as back-to-school or the holiday season... Ordering in advance also gives you a wider choice of products.

We have free parking in front of our offices and great coffee if you have time.

First and foremost, please note that tipping is not mandatory and remains at your discretion. If you choose to leave a tip, you can do so when placing your order online, by email, or by phone. You have the option of leaving a tip for the delivery team for their service, which will be given to them in the days following your order.

There is generally no charge for cancellations or changes made by phone at 514-272-1511 before 3 p.m. on the business day before delivery.

After that time, our teams have already purchased the food and planned the schedules. It is therefore no longer possible to change, cancel, or obtain a refund on the day of delivery.
However, we may offer to donate your meal to a charity or have it delivered to another address.

Do you have a last-minute addition? Additional fees may apply if a second shipment is necessary once the first delivery has already left. The menu for additions is the same as the express order menu.

Upgrades are possible until 2 p.m. on the working day before delivery. The exact menu choice may not be available (due to products, production capacity, etc.). In any case, our customer service team will offer you great alternatives, so don't hesitate to call us at 514-272-1511!

We have numerous checks in place, but mistakes can still happen. Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to check it immediately. If something does not match what you requested, please contact us without delay so that we can rectify the situation quickly.

Depending on the case, we can exchange, supplement, or credit the items concerned. Our sales department will be happy to guide you toward the best solution.

We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). We also accept AMEX.

To ensure timely and well-coordinated delivery, we must treat lunch and dinner as two separate orders.

This allows us to organize our routes efficiently and ensure that each meal arrives at the right temperature, at the right time.

In addition, savory lunch box items cannot be delivered before 10 a.m. By separating orders, we can meet production constraints and offer you the best possible service.

No, there's no minimum order. You can order for just one person… or for a hundred! :)

Absolutely! Many clients use our services for their meals at home, whether it's for a dinner with friends, a family gathering, or simply to treat themselves.

Yes! For Saturdays and Sundays, it is possible to order the entire menu available here, with no minimum order required.

Weekend deliveries are usually made between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and the order deadline is 11 a.m. the previous business day. Give us a call!

Our menus have been carefully crafted to offer a perfect balance of flavors and a harmonious dining experience. That's also why we offer a wide variety of options, so there's something for everyone.

Meals are therefore presented without modification, except in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions, for which our executive chef makes the necessary adjustments.

Which meal should I choose?

Praticos are our regular lunch box format. They include a sandwich or salad with protein, as well as two side dishes, such as salad, cheese, fruit, or dessert.

Gourmet boxes, on the other hand, are a more generous format, both in terms of portion size and variety.

Executive boxes are high-end boxes designed to impress your clients, partners, or colleagues.

They are perfect for business meetings, important gatherings, or any professional event where you want to combine elegance and practicality.

Each box offers appetizers and a meal featuring a refined protein, easy to eat on site or take away.

The buffets are ideal for large groups and always very generous.

Our buffets are designed for a group of 5 people and are sold in multiples of 5.

All our buffets are ready to eat upon delivery and served cold. Some main courses can be reheated by you or delivered hot; to take advantage of this service, please contact our customer service department for details.

Absolutely! And they are clearly identified on our website. You can also find them easily using the search filters.

We generally recommend 5 to 6 appetizers for a happy hour. Our clients often like to replace one or two bites with a selection of fine cheeses. We also offer a festive aperitif specifically designed to meet this need.

If your intention is a small, light welcome cocktail, 3 bites will be appreciated by your guests.

To properly feed your guests, we suggest 14 to 16 bites per person.
And to vary the experience, our events team can transform certain bites into themed stations, creating an even more convivial and memorable moment.

Delivery

We will keep you informed of your delivery's progress. As soon as a driver is assigned, a text message will be sent to the phone number associated with the order. You will then need to either accept or decline the text message to receive notifications on the day of delivery.

About fifteen minutes before your delivery driver arrives, you will receive a link via text message allowing you to see their location. Don't forget to leave us your cell phone number, so this feature activates automatically.

AvecPlaisirs Chefs Traiteurs primarily delivers in the greater Montreal area. We deliver daily in the city centre, of course, but also to Laval, Saint-Jérôme, Terrebonne, Joliette, Saint-Hyacinthe, Boucherville, Longueuil, Brossard, etc.

We can deliver outside the city. Delivery charges will depend on the delivery location.

Delivery charges depend on the geographical area our delivery drivers will need to reach. The delivery cost will be shown to you at the time of ordering when you enter your delivery address.

To save money, you can opt for discounted Flex delivery or even free pickup!

The earliest time slot available for lunch deliveries is generally between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. However, it is possible to deliver before 7:00 a.m., depending on the availability of our teams and the day's itinerary.

For any delivery earlier than this time slot, simply contact us directly so that we can check the options and offer you the best solution.

During busy periods, our evening deliveries can be between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

It is sometimes possible to deliver even later, but this depends on the availability of our teams and logistical feasibility.

For any requests outside this time frame, please contact us directly so that we can check the available options.

We understand your situation, but unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel your same-day delivery, even in adverse weather conditions. The vast majority of our customers (99%) still want to receive their order, and our teams are doing everything they can to ensure timely delivery.

All cancellations must be made by 3 p.m. the day before your scheduled delivery. After this time, our teams have already purchased the food and scheduled the delivery times, and meal preparation begins very early in the morning, making same-day cancellations impossible.

However, we can offer you the option of donating your meal to a charity or having it delivered to another address.

It is indeed possible to place an order with multiple delivery points. It's important to know that a delivery fee applies to each address, depending on the destination.

Allergies

At AvecPlaisirs Chefs Traiteurs, we make every effort to accommodate our clients' dietary needs, especially those with allergies. Each specified dietary restriction is carefully reviewed by a kitchen manager, who ensures that the dishes meet the guidelines.

However, given the presence of potentially allergenic ingredients in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Our dishes may contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, dairy, lactose, soy, sesame, fish/seafood, and eggs.

We encourage you to inform us of any serious allergies before ordering.

When you are on a product page, you press "add and customize", a form will appear so that you can enter the necessary information.

Icons are present on the online menu to indicate the main allergens present in each meal, to help you make your choices with confidence.

Refund

For any complaints regarding your order, please provide us with a photo of the problem within a few hours of delivery.

We recommend that you contact our customer service department ideally within 24 hours so that we can investigate quickly.

For reasons mostly beyond our control, some deliveries may be delayed. When this happens, we will notify you and usually refund the delivery charges, as your satisfaction is our priority.

To minimize the risk of delays and facilitate delivery for you and subsequent customers, please:

  • Carefully check the delivery address for your order.
  • Please specify the floor and office.
  • Provide the contact information on site.
  • Be present when the delivery person arrives.

The lunch bag is a convenient and economical meal solution that doesn't compromise on freshness or enjoyment. It's ideal for a quick lunch on the go or for enjoying at an outdoor event.

Our meals are always prepared the morning of your delivery to ensure optimal freshness. Our preparation areas, assembly spaces, and delivery trucks are all refrigerated, guaranteeing that the cold chain is never broken.

The majority of our products are locally sourced. That's why we hold the Aliments du Québec au menu certification.

Our photos serve as inspiration to showcase the style and spirit of our products. However, there may be slight variations in presentation depending on deliveries, the season, or daily production.

You will always receive the same quality, the same care taken in preparation, and portions that match what is advertised.

Yes, it is absolutely possible to have an event featuring RICARDO, Isabelle Huot, Loounie, Darbar, Niji Sushi, or Mandy's. It's a service we are very proud to offer you.

We offer a full-service catering experience with on-site staff: bartender, waiter, head waiter, and chef, as well as lively culinary stations. It's the ideal option for VIP receptions, cocktail parties, large-scale galas, and any event requiring a professional presence.

We cater to a wide range of occasions: happy hours, conventions, special events, office parties, galas and awards ceremonies, foundation nights, festivals, banquets, private events, corporate events, funerals or home events.

To begin organizing your event, we invite you to fill out our form to provide us with essential information: type of event, number of guests, location, culinary intentions and desired level of service.

From there, you will be put in touch with one of our expert consultants, specially selected according to the nature of your request (corporate, gala, cocktail party, private event, conference, etc.). They will take over to refine your vision, propose a tailor-made culinary offer, and suggest the appropriate service options: staff, food stations, logistics, and more.

We also offer the option of a tasting before the event, to confirm the final choices together. A fee applies to this step.

Yes. We offer glassware, tableware, cutlery, and furniture rentals to complete your event experience. Depending on your needs, we can also provide on-site service staff: bartenders, servers, head waiters, or chefs, to ensure flawless execution. On-site service staff are also available.

Account management

We use your email address and phone number to send you order confirmations, as well as any changes or cancellations. Your mobile number also allows us to contact you immediately if there are any issues with your order and/or delivery. We do not share any of your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

The most common reason for this problem is that you have been logged out of your account. Simply go to www.avecplaisirs.com and click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password to log back into your account.
