- First choose whether it is for today or for later .
- Choose a meal category . Each one features dishes from our new chefs.
- Choose your guests' meal .
- Payment
- Your order details will then be emailed to you. Please ensure the information is correct, and enjoy!
Of course, we have a wide selection of meals to order the same day before 2 p.m.! We generally need 2 hours to deliver.
Yes, as far in advance as you'd like! For some events, this is a good practice, especially during busy periods like back-to-school or the holiday season.
We will keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.
About fifteen minutes before your delivery driver arrives, you'll receive a text message with a link allowing you to view their geolocation. Don't forget to leave us your cell phone number so this feature is automatically activated.

When ordering online, you can leave a tip for the delivery team for their service. This tip will be fully refunded to them within a few days of your order.
There is generally no charge for any cancellation or modification of your order when it is made by telephone at 514 272-1511 , the day before before 3 p.m., on business days.
In the event of a downward modification of an order after 3 p.m. the day before your delivery, AvecPlaisirs Chefs Traiteurs reserves the right to charge a compensatory amount of 100% of the initial amount of your order.
Upward order changes can be made up to 10 a.m. on the same day as your delivery. However, changes may not be possible due to product availability, production capacity, etc. Our sales team can assist you with this; please call us at 514 272-1511 !
Any cancellation on the same day as your delivery cannot be refunded.
When you receive your order, it's important to check it immediately. This will allow us to correct any errors. We can then exchange, supplement, or credit the incorrect items in the order. Our sales team can guide you.
We accept credit card payments for online orders.
Allergies
At AvecPlaisirs Chefs Traiteurs, we make every effort to accommodate our clients' dietary needs, especially those with allergies. Each specified dietary restriction is carefully reviewed by a kitchen manager, who ensures that the dishes meet the guidelines.
However, given the presence of potentially allergenic ingredients in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Our dishes may contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, dairy, lactose, soy, sesame, fish/seafood, and eggs.
We encourage you to inform us of any serious allergies before ordering.
