Shipping policy

1. Minimum orders

No minimum order required. You can therefore order just one meal if you wish. For attractive and well-stocked platters, buffets are available in multiples of 5 people.

2. Weekday Delivery Times and Slots

• Breakfasts: deliveries starting at 6:30 a.m.
• Savory meals: deliveries starting at 9:00 a.m.
• Regular delivery slots: 1-hour window (for example, for your lunch, you could request delivery between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.).
• Flex delivery slots: 2-hour window. A discount is offered. Not available for last-minute orders.
• Priority delivery slots: 30-minute window – additional $15 fee (Montreal only, not available for last-minute orders).

3. End-of-week and Holiday Delivery Times and Slots

• Delivery is available between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

4. Last-Minute Orders

• We know flexibility! Last-minute orders are accepted until 2:00 p.m. on business days.

• Since we produce your order immediately, no cancellations are allowed for last-minute orders.
• 2-hour delivery time for zones A and B*. For other zones, please contact our team. 

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes and cancellations are possible free of charge until 3:00 p.m. the business day before. After this time, your order is transferred to the production team, already in the purchasing and planning phase.
• For an increase in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always ready to create small miracles for your guests.
• For last-minute orders, since we produce your order immediately, no cancellations are allowed.

6. Hot Buffet Deliveries

Minimum of 10 people. For now, hot delivery service is available only for zones A and B*.

7. Missing Items or Dissatisfaction

Every day, our team does everything possible to offer you an exceptional experience. However, human error can occur. If an item is missing or a meal does not meet your expectations, please contact our team.

8. Payment Terms

Payment by credit card for online orders.

Our delivery rates are calculated based on postal codes. Here is a non-exhaustive list:

Zone C: Boucherville, Pointe-Claire, Fabreville–Sainte-Rose, Boisbriand, Montreal-North

Zone D: Laval, Varennes, Verchères, Sainte-Julie, Otterburn Park

Zone E: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Deux-Montagnes, Saint-Eustache, Boisbriand, Rosemère, Mascouche, Terrebonne, Carignan, Repentigny, Chambly

Zone H: Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Beloeil, Drummondville
