Fifteen minutes before the delivery vehicle arrives, you will receive a link by text message to track it via geolocation. Don’t forget to give us your cell phone number so we can activate this feature automatically.

Avec Plaisirs Chefs Traiteurs cannot be held responsible for cases of food allergies or intolerances.

When you place your order online, you have the option to tip our delivery team for their service. The amount entered will be given to them in full in the few days following your order.
Generally, we do not charge any fees when you cancel or modify your order by phone at 514-272-1511 before 4 p.m. on the business day before your scheduled delivery.
If you wish to remove items from your order after 4 p.m. on the day before your delivery, Avec Plaisirs Chefs Traiteurs retains the right to charge you a compensatory amount corresponding to 50% of the initial order amount.
You can add items to an existing order anytime before 10 a.m. on your chosen delivery date. However, it may not be possible to modify your order due to product availability, production capacity, etc. If this happens, feel free to give our sales team a shout at 514-272-1511!
Any cancellations made on the day of your delivery are not refundable.
It’s important that you check your order immediately after you receive it. This will help us make things right if there’s a mistake—depending on the situation, we can exchange items, complete your order, or credit you for the items included by mistake. Our sales department can provide you with some guidance.
