How do I place an order?
In a nutshell, it goes like this. Nothing too complicated! If you have any questions, give us a call or chat with us.
First, choose the option to get it delivered today or later on .
Choose a meal category. Each category includes dishes from our new chefs.
Choose a meal for your guests.
Add items to your cart;
Add beverages and additional items;
Once the order is to your liking, proceed to checkout.
Make your payment.
Confirm your address and order date;
Enter your payment information;
Place your order!
Once you receive your order details by email, please make sure that all the information is accurate. Bon appétit!
Can I place an order for the same day?
Of course! We have a wide range of meals you can order for the same day. Generally, we require 2 hours to prepare your delivery.
Express Order
Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can order as early as you wish! This is actually a best practice for some events, especially during hectic periods such as the holidays or back-to-school season.
How do you manage deliveries?
We will inform you of delivery progress at every step.
Fifteen minutes before the delivery vehicle arrives, you will receive a link by text message to track it via geolocation. Don’t forget to give us your cell phone number so we can activate this feature automatically.
What about food allergies?
We do everything in our power to ensure the highest degree of food safety for our customers. This includes diligently adhering to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards. Despite these efforts, it’s impossible for Avec Plaisirs Chefs Traiteurs to ensure its prepared products are free from allergens or cross-contamination. Although we pay great attention to allergies, our kitchens are an open plan area. All our dishes may therefore contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, dairy products, lactose, soy, sesame, fish/seafood and eggs. Avec Plaisirs Chefs Traiteurs cannot be held responsible for cases of food allergies or intolerances.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course! We would be glad to meet you. As a bonus, you won’t have to pay delivery fees 🙂

How can I leave a tip?
When you place your order online, you have the option to tip our delivery team for their service. The amount entered will be given to them in full in the few days following your order.
What happens if I cancel or modify my order?
Generally, we do not charge any fees when you cancel or modify your order by phone at 514-272-1511 before 3 p.m. on the business day before your scheduled delivery.
If you wish to remove items from your order after 3 p.m. on the day before your delivery, Avec Plaisirs Chefs Traiteurs retains the right to charge you a compensatory amount corresponding to 50% of the initial order amount.
You can add items to an existing order anytime before 10 a.m. on your chosen delivery date. However, it may not be possible to modify your order due to product availability, production capacity, etc. If this happens, feel free to give our sales team a shout at 514-272-1511 !
Any cancellations made on the day of your delivery are not refundable.
What if there’s a mistake in my order?
It’s important that you check your order immediately after you receive it. This will help us make things right if there’s a mistake—depending on the situation, we can exchange items, complete your order, or credit you for the items included by mistake. Our sales department can provide you with some guidance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
