How to kick-start the new year

Now is the moment to spruce up your working environment and make it energizing. This week, take 10 minutes a day to tidy up your workspace. Add decorations or a beautiful office plant!
3. Clear and realistic objectives
It’s time for an overall assessment. Take the moment to write your best achievements from the previous year. Define your vision and your goals for this new year! You can even keep a weekly journal to keep track of it. Tackle the toughest tasks first, it’s uplifting.
4. Be healthy!
Everything in life improves when you are healthy in both body and mind. Find the best daily rituals that work for you: physical training, eating nutritious and colorful food, meditation to reduce stress. Make a resolution to improve the quality of your sleep.
5. Aim for growth
Pay attention to your inner narration and avoid negativity. Choose to be more optimistic and lighter at work. Try something new every month. What skills do you want to improve this year? Seek to expand and solidify your network, participate in new activities!
